Using the game
Effective 25 September 2026. These terms describe your use of the Migration Bureau iPhone game.
You may install and use the game for personal, noncommercial entertainment, subject to the terms of the app marketplace through which you obtained it. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, artwork, audio, or game content to you.
Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or present the game's artwork, audio, code, or other content as your own, except where applicable law permits. Do not interfere with the game or use it to harm others.
The game runs without a network connection or account. Scores, settings, and journal progress are stored locally on your device. Device failure, app removal, or a change to your backup settings may cause progress to be lost. There is no account-based recovery service.
The birds, routes, weather, and habitat decisions are designed for gameplay. They are not a source of navigation, wildlife care, conservation, or travel advice.
We may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and app marketplace rules. The current app has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertisements, or online service requirement.
The game is provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation of local progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
We may revise these terms as the game changes. The effective date above identifies this version. For questions, use the Migration Bureau support page.
